1.Application
Compensating lead wire and cable are,together with thermocouples (TC),used in the temperature measurement and control systems in many factories,mines and other enterprises of metallurgy,chemical industry,power industry as well as scientific research institutions.The technical performance is in compliance with GB/T4989-94 regulations. The graduation of a thermocouple should be done with 0℃ at the reference end.The reference end of all industrial thermocouple usually is not at 0℃, which will lead to measurement error.The higher the temperature of the reference end is, the greater the deviation from the actual value will be.If the temperature of the reference end is not steady,the measured value is consequently unsteady.Therefore,normally,a compensating wire is adopted to eliminate this error by extending the reference end to a thermostatic bath or to a place far from the heat resource where the temperature of the surrounding media is constant or of little change.
用途
补偿导线和补偿电缆与热电偶配套,用于冶金、化工、电力等厂矿及科研部门中的温度测量和控制系统,产品性能按GB/T4989-94要求。 各种热电偶的分度是在参比端为0℃时制定的。工业上应用的热电偶,其参比端通常不在0℃,这就将引起测量误差,参比端温度越高,实际温度偏离真实温度就越大,参比端温度不稳定,实测温度也就不稳定。因此,为了消除这部分误差,往往采用补偿导线,将热电偶参比端延伸到恒温槽或引到远离热源周围介质温度恒定或变化很小的场所。

5.Matters needing attention

|
补偿导线使用应注意的问盟 |
1) Compensating cables are only to be used with matching type of thermocouples.
|
|
1)各种补偿导线只能与相应型号的热电偶配用。 |
2) Warning:The po1arity of the compensating wire shall not be reversed otherwise greater error may be induced.
|
|
2)使用补偿导线时,切勿将其极性接反,否则不但不能补偿,相反还会因抵消作用而造成更大的误差。 |
3) Since the electrode material of compensating wire and cable and thermocouple are different,the two contacts at the connection must be at the same temperature to avoid further error. |
|
3) 由于补偿导线和热电偶的热电级材料并不完全相同,所以要求它们连接处两接点温度相同,否则又会引入误差。 |
