一、前言
Preface
随着频率控制传动技术的发展,对频率变速传动系统的要求越来越高,尤其是对采用快速切换的IGBT半导体现代变频技术,尽管脉冲频率高或更断时间仅毫微秒内,但它们会对周围环境产生电磁场。为保持变频率器正常工作不受电磁干扰,因此连接变频器与三相交流电机之间的电缆就要求具有抗干扰性能、较低的有效电容及较低的传输阻抗。
With the development of the converter drive technology, the requirement for the variable frequency drive are becoming more and more strict.Especially for the modern converter drive employing fast switching semiconductor IGBT,though it has high pulse frequency and refreshing time of only nanoseconds, it generates EMF that has adverse effect on the environment. In order to make the converter operate normally without the interference by EMF, the cable connecting the converter to a 3-phase motor must have high resistance to EMF interference, low effective capacitance and low transmission impedance.
二、应用范围
Scope of application
由变频器/POTOFLEX-PuR变频器用供电电缆和频率控制电机组成了的传动系统。它用于频率控制传动系统中作供电电缆或连接电缆。该系统的电缆尤其适用于造纸、钢铁、纺织、金属加工和食品加工工业用×泵、鼓风机、输送机、传输线和空调等。
A drive system consists of converter, power supply cable POTOFLEX-PuR to the converter and control motor. The cable is used in converter-controlled drive as power supply cable or connecting cable. It is especially suitable for use in pumps,fans,conveyers,transportation belt and air conditioner used in paper making, iron & steel industry, textile industry, metal processing and food processing.

四、允许温度及工作电压
Permissible temperature and operating voltage
1、 允许导体连续工作最高温度120℃,短路时最高温度180℃;
2、 在运输、储存、辐射、搬运和作业时自由弯曲≥+5℃,固定敷设:≥-10℃;
3、 额定电压为600/1000V,交流试验电压3500V。
1. The max.permissible continuous temperature for the conductor is 120℃,while the max.permissible temperature for short circuit is 180℃;
2. The temperature shall be equal or greater than +5℃ for transportation,storage,paying off,handling and free bend during work;It shall be equal or greater than-10℃ for fixed installation;
3. For the rated voltage 600/1000V,the test voltage is 3500V ac.
