一、用途Application
本产品适用于发电厂、变电站、矿山、石化、钢铁 厂、高层建筑、隧道、轮船、人防工程、广播台、电视台、电话交换及电子计算机巾心等阻燃要求较高的场合。
These wires & cables are suitable for use in power plants, substations, nuclear power station, mines, petrochemical industry, iron & steel plants, high-rise buildings, subway, tunnel, ships, civil air defense projects, broadcast stations, TV station, telephone exchange, computer centres etc where flame retardancy of cables is highly required．
二、低卤低烟阻燃控制电缆的特点
Characteristics of low smoke low halogen content flame retardant (FR) Control Cables
低卤低烟阻燃控制电缆是指在实际火灾中，组成电缆的高聚物被燃烧所释放出的烟雾、HCl含量较少使火灾的”二次伤害”损失减小。
For 1ow smoke low halogen content FR control cables, the smoke evolved when the polymeric components in cables are burned in an actual fire and HCI contained in the smoke are small in quantity, which reduces the loss of the ”secondary disaster” of the fire．

四、主要技术性能
Main technical performance
1．成品电缆的阻燃性能符合IEC 332-3 C类的规定。
For finished cables, the flame retardancy shall meet the requirements of IEC 332-3, category C．
2．低卤低烟材料指标：
The indices of 1ow smoke low halogen content cable compounds．:
a．低卤低烟阻燃料卤酸气体逸出量(mg/g)≤100。
For 1ow smoke low halogen content cable compounds, the amount of halogen acid gas evolved during combustion≤100 (mg/g)．
b．低卤低烟阻燃料最大烟密度Dm≤200。
For 1ow smoke 1ow halogen content cable compounds, the max. smoke density during the combustion Dm≤200．
c．低卤低烟阻燃料氧指数(0I)应不小于30。
For low smoke low halogen content cable compounds, the oxygen index (OI) shall be not less man 30．
3．成品电缆按IEC 1034标准测定透光率为30％。
For finished cables, the light transmittance measured in accordance with IEC 1034 shall be 30％． |
