一、用途Application
本产品适用于发电厂、变电站、矿山、石化、钢铁 厂、高层建筑、隧道、轮船、人防工程、广播台、电视台、电话交换及电子计算机中心等防火要求较高的场合。能够保证着火后应急系统能得到不问断的电力供 应。 These wires & cables are suitable for use in power plants, substations, nuclear power stations, mines, petrochemicl industry, iron & steel plants, high-rise buildngs, subway, tunnels, ships, civil air defense projects, broadcast stations, TV station, telephone exchange, com puter centres etc.where fire-resisiting characteristics of cables are highly required.They ensure an uninterrupted power supply to the emergency system under fire conduitions.
二、耐火电线电缆的特点 Characteristics of fire-resisting wires & cables
耐火电线电缆的结构和阻燃电线电缆不同, 它可在长时间的燃烧过程中或燃烧后即使火焰处的高聚物材料被烧毁, 电缆也能够保证线路正常运行数小时以上。 The fire-resisting wires & cables are different from the flame retardant wires & cables in cable construction. The former is be able to ensure the normal operation of circuits for several hours during the combustion of cables and even after the combusition when the flame affected polymeric components are burned.

四、主要技术性能措施 Main technical measures taken

1.由于火灾时温度较高超过700℃以上,所以采用铝导体不适合, 故采用铜导体(铜的熔点为1083℃)。为消除绝缘线芯的内应力,多根绞合导体为紧压型。
For these wires&cables, the aluminium conductor is not suitable when temperature in a fire usually exceeds 700℃. So the copper conductor with a melting point of 1083℃ shall be used. The stranded coppers conductor shall be compacted in order to release the internal stress of the insulated conductors.
2.耐火电线电缆可在火焰温度为800℃, 施加电压1000V的情况下保持通电3小时以上。 For fire-resisting wires & cables, the circuit shall remain uninterrupted for more than three hours under the conditions of 800℃ fire temperature and 1000V applied voltage.
3.本产品依据IEC 331标准规定制造。 These wires & cables are manufactured to IEC 331.
4.耐火包带采用有机硅玻璃丝增强云母带。 Silicon glass fibres reinforced mica is used as the fire resisting wrapping.
5.耐火电线电缆的耐火层采用”无机+有机”的组合结构。 For fire-resisting wires & cables, the fire-resisting layer consists of organic and inorganic components.
