一、用途Application
本产品适用于发电厂、变电站、矿山、石化、钢铁厂、高层建筑、隧道、轮船、人防工程、广播台、电视台、电话交换及电子计算机中心等阻燃要求较高的场 合。
These cables are used in power plants, substations, mines, petrochemical industry, iron & steel plants, high-rise buildings, tunnels, ships, civil air defense projects, broadcast station, TV station, telephone exchange, computer centers etc where flame retardancy is highly required．
二、无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆的特点
Characteristics of low smoke halogen-free flame retardant power cables
1．无卤酸气体释出
No emissiun of halogen acid gas．
2．发烟少

3．产生腐蚀气体较少

四、主要技术性能
Main technical performance
1．成品电缆的阻燃性能符合IEC 332-3 C类的规定。
For finished cables, the flame retardancy meet the requirements of IEC 332-3, category C．
2．无卤低烟材料指标：
Requirements for low smoke halogen-free flame retardant materials:
a．卤酸气体逸出量(mg/g) 0。
Zero emission of halogen acid gas(mg/g); b．pH值≥4.3
pH value≥4.3
c．电导率(μs/mm) ≤10
Conductance(μs/mm)≤10
d．毒性指数≤5
Toxicity index≤5
3．无卤低烟阻燃材料氧指数(OI)应不小于30。
The oxygen index (OI) of low smoke halogen-free flame retardant materials shall not be less than 30.
4．成品电缆按IEC 1034标准测定透光率≥60％。
For finished cables, the light transmittance measured in accordance with IEC 1034 shall be ≥60％．
